I just love a good mix of chocolate and mint around the holidays! This looks great!
Me too! It’s a favorite all year for me.
It must just be a peppermint kind of day because I just posted a peppermint recipe too. I love this idea! It looks so Christmas-y!
Yay for peppermint! I can’t get enough of it this time of year.
Amy, these are so cute! Love the photography. There will be some happy boys at my house. Hope mine look like yours.
I’m sure with your mad kitchen skilz your dipped sticks will be even more better!
Love these!!! Pinned.
What do you know, I just happen to have some left over melted chocolate and peppermint sticks from my baking this past weekend, I know what I’m going to do with them now! This will be perfect for them 🙂
I wish we were neighbors so we could play with chocolate and peppermint!
Ty for these lovely chocolate Bark and peppermint Sticks. I’d like to know if you cut the marshmallows in half to put on the chocolate dipped candy canes? So cute looking 🙂 Ty.
Also, let’s say I use melted chocolate chips ( not melting disks ) do I need to add a certain ingredient to the melted chocolate for it to adhere to things like pretzels or candy canes… I’ve heard about adding coconut oil, but they say you’ll get the flavor of coconut so I’m wondering if there’s anything else out there on the market you can add besides coconut oil??
I bought a bag of Great Value dark chocolate melting disks & noticed they don’t taste that great, so I added 1/2 bag of milk chocolate chips to the already melted disks I heated in the microwave to make it taste better which it totally did. I added pecans to my chocolate and put lumps on waxed paper on a small cookie sheet & placed in the freezer. Hard in 15 mins & delicious!! I haven’t left them out of the fridge yet to see if they would melt because they really are good right out of the freezer. I will take out like 4 and place them in a plate tomorrow and see if they stay like a chocolate or will melt off the pecans…hope not. Thanks again for reading my short 🤥 novel lol
