I’ve got a recipe for stuffed french toast that is blueberry and cream cheese. Which I love…really; but now I’m thinking lemon? Oh yes! Sounds divine.

French Toast is my oldest son’s favorite breakfast. I’m looking for a new variation on the old standby. I’ll have to try what he likes and give this a shot.
I just thought of something. My daughter’s wedding cake was a blackberry-lemon filled cake. Delicious. I think I’ll have to try that and see if it will feel like summer!

Your stuffed French toast looks perfect! Great color on the outside and you can tell just by looking at your photos, they have just the perfect amount of crisp. The inside looks warm,gooey and sweet! Yes, I’d say you did a wonderful job making my mouth water with this. LOL
