Hey friends! Over the past few weeks, I’ve mentioned PAM Cooking Spray’s Top Tips Contest and a few tips using PAM Cooking Spray that I’ve picked up along the way. Spraying a measuring cup with PAM is always helpful when measuring honey or other sticky stuff. And my son’s finding of spraying our satellite dish with PAM during winter weather has surely worked to keep it ice free.

The PAM Top Tips Contest offers the grand prize winner $5000 and a chance for Chef George Duran to cook for you and up to 10 of your friends in your own home. Sounds mighty fun to me. The contest ends on February 7, 2011, that means there’s still one week left to enter! All you have to do is submit a top tip video, photo or blog over at Pam Top Tips Contest to be entered to win. Check out the tips entered so far while you’re there. I’ve already found a few new handy dandy ones to try out. There sure are some creative folks out there!

So if you’ve got a tip to share, get over there and enter it quick. You never know, maybe George will show up at your home to cook up something nice and tasty for you and your friends. And I’ll be available that night if you have an empty chair to fill. ; )

Happy cooking y’all!

(PAM Cooking Spray will be compensating be for this post to help promote PAM’s Top Tips Contest. I use PAM all the time anyway, so any opinions are my own. PAM Cooking Spray will also be supplying winners with their prizes. I was also given complimentary PAM products and other promotional materials from ConAgra.)
