“You’ve got something on your shirt, sweetie.”
“Yes, Mom, that’s toothpaste. And guess what Mom…”
“I’ve got a lizard on my head too. It’s the latest thing.”
.
Lizard on my head,
Lizard on my head,
Lookin’ so cool, with a lizard on my head.
Toothpaste on my shirt,
And I haven’t made my bed,
But I’m lookin’ really cool with this lizard on my head.
.
And look! There goes my cat with a lizard on her head.
Dang Larry, you’re not gettin’ on me.
I’m outta here.
I don’t want the lizard on my head either. Did Abby even notice he was on her head?
First, GREAT pictures!! Second, that is too funny! But, I was waiting for a shot of the lizard on YOUR head. 😉
How in the world is the cat leaving that lizard there without eating it? Our kitties would be having a fine time throwing him up in the air and playing with him before they consumed him.
I still say you’re a brave woman for allowing that lizard to live in your home.
Hey Southern Gal!
She’s old – like 18 – so she’s probably completely unaware of the hitchhiker.

LOLOLOLOL – That’s too cute! Thank you for the laugh, I needed that! But, now I’m gonna be singing “Lizard on my head” all day!! LOL
I don’t do lizards. I prefer larger, furrier things – like labrador retrievers.
What great pictures! Very crisp and clear.
You crack me up Amy! Think your hubby should do this song video next. Post on YouTube and watch the viewings break records. Keep up the great work.
That is amazing. My cat when I was younger used to bat lizards around between his paws. Until he became to excited and popped his claw into them. Lizards are no fun if they don’t play along. I love your photos by the way. That young man has some gorgeous eyes.
She wears many lizards?
I love this post! Love that new little ditty. Thanks, now it is stuck in my head. I will be singing it all night.
I am so glad I found your blog. Love it!!!
Your son has such gorgeous eyes and a mischevious little smile.
The cat with the lizard on her head is too funny.
When I was little and we were in Puerto Rico visiting family we would find small lizards, tap them on the mouth and when they would open their mouths we would put them up to our ears. Then we would wear them around as earrings. They were too small to hurt but they would just hang on. (how is that for a run on sentences)
Oh Amy! You have to try that!! I want a picture of you with lizard earrings! LOL
Ooh. I like this.
Lizard on my ear.
Lizard on my ear.
Lookin’ so cool, with a lizard on my ear.
Haven’t got my homework,
And I haven’t got my gear,
But I’m lookin’ really cool with this lizard on my ear!
Okay your boys eyes are immensely deep and lovely. ahhh…and the lizard/(pants) song was perfection, I dont know if this post could get any better, I am so surprised the kitty didnt mind! sweet little lady cat. your photos are so lovely….
lizard on my head…lizard on my head…
catchy 😉
You are a brave woman with that lizard in your world. I dare say — despite my phobia of snakes and things lizard-like — he is sort of a cute lizard. Is that possible?
Just wanted to say… What a cute blog you have here! I’ve enjoyed looking around, and will definitely be back!
