This fruity Frozen Mango Smoothie Recipe is so quick and easy to make. It’s the perfect cool snack or light meal.
Now that we’re moving into fall, I thought it would be the perfect time to share a Frozen Mango Smoothie Recipe. Because fall means it’s smoothie time, right?
I’m not much about sticking to the seasonal fare rules, especially when it comes to smoothies. We like to enjoy fruit smoothies all year long. That’s why I like buying and staying stocked up on frozen fruit. Whether it’s blueberries, strawberries, cherries, or mango, you will always find a few bags of frozen fruit in our freezer. Which means that we are never without the ingredients for a healthy snack, quick breakfast, or even when needed, an easy lunch for on the go.
Our daughter, Hope, is a big mango fan. Ever since she enjoyed a frozen mango popsicle in NYC a few years back, she just can’t seem to get enough of the tropical fruit in frozen form. So when she came home from college this weekend, I made sure to have a couple of bags of frozen mango ready because I knew she would get around to making her favorite smoothie, a Frozen Mango Smoothie.
Over the summer she played around with the mango smoothie and I think she managed to perfect it. Personally, I’ve never been much of a mango fan. I’m not sure why. It seems to be a favorite fruit for many. I’ve always been kinda take it or leave it with the mango. But this mango smoothie recipe is another story. I’m a big fan of the mango in this smoothie. Yes siree! I think you will be too. Grab a blender, some frozen fruit and a few more simple ingredients and get to blending!

Mango is my favorite fruit – and I have come up with a lot of mango-smoothie-combinations too. There is simply nothing better than an ice cold refreshing smoothie on a hot day like this!

I was wondering what blender you guys use! I realized that some blenders aren’t strong enough to blend frozen mango chunks 🙁
I use a ninja and it does a great job. However, my friend has a Vitamix and I like it a lot more.
a very nice recipe. made a few tweaks so it would fit my single serve but still very good.
