Even though our kids are teenagers now, I thought I’d have a little fun anyway and create a free printable for an easy Valentine to share with classmates. These cute Valentine’s Day cards are simple to make and pretty inexpensive too.
Mocha Coffee Punch is a recipe that I’ve been wanting to play with for a while after having it a few times a different ladies get-togethers. This is a mocha version with a bit of cinnamon for a touch of coziness. Mocha Coffee Punch can be made with or without caffeine (and with or without a splash of rum, Irish Cream, or other favorite liqueur).
Served with graham crackers this Lime Pie Dip makes for the perfect perky little addition to a dessert menu, or as just a snack. I can see this being packed along for a picnic too! And if you’re watching your intake, this dip is also a great way to enjoy a smaller portion of a sweet treat without caving in for a whole piece of pie.
I was short on time and thought of the Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows from an earlier post that would be perfectly pretty in pink, and a super easy sweet treat that can be jazzed up using a combination of sprinkles, nonpareils, and/or royal icing. They really are a cute way to add a little pizzazz to a plain marshmallows.
One of my favorite treats of all time has to be a Chocolate Caramel Apple. I’ve never much cared for a candy apple, and a caramel apple, while certainly a delicious combination, has always been a little to messy for my liking. But dip a caramel apple in chocolate and something magical happens. I don’t know what it is, but it’s magic, man. The chocolate seals the gooey caramel in and combines with an excellent crunchy apple to create flavor perfection in my book.
