Ooh. I found a recipe last year like this. They were called whoopie pies and I make mine super small. I took them to a church fellowship and they were wiped out in about five minutes. Good stuff.

P.S. I’m sipping a Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte via Gina’s Skinny Recipes while reading this. AND I just finished a piece of toast lathered with her pumpkin butter. Yum. Happy Fall to you, too. (Even though it is 90 degrees outside.)

Hey, I just saw where I won the Good Egg Project prize pack! I won’t know how to act with a real omelette pan instead of my iron skillet. Thanks so much for the giveaway.

Just what I was looking for I’m thinking about making some of these to bring to the Relevant Conference next week and share with my roomies! Everything we’ve been eating here has been pumpkin – I just finished off the leftover pumpkin pancakes with pumpkin pecan butter on top… moving on to pumpkin pie

As my aunt and I like to say, “Look how perty!!” We also like to say “erl” for oil, but I’ll save the erl comment for another post. πŸ˜‰

Anywhoo, I’ll take a dozen for now, and maybe a couple dozen for later. I’ll share, I promise! :)

Pumpkin is such a versatile ingredient. When I saw the headline I didn’t dream these little pies would look like this. Very cute and delicious.

Thanks for posting your pictures—I could see right away that these are just what’s missing for the dessert table at DS’s H’ween party. I think I’ll make miniature ones, since there will be so many other sweets available, but I really needed something made from pumpkin!

These look amazing. We have one of those mall pretzel places and my favorite was the jalapeno with sweet mustard. I haven’t had one in years. I can’t wait to try these at home. By the way, I love your web page. I’m a newbie at this. Would love some info on beginning a foodie blog. I know your busy, but if you could drop an email and tell me where to start, that would be great.
    Thanks for being an inspiration!
