It’s December, the bells are jingling, stockings are being hung, and the aroma of sweet baked treats is wafting through many a home. I always have great intentions of baking special homemade goodies for all of my friends and family during the holidays. But more often than not, time runs out, and I find my good intentions glaring at me in the face come January in the form of multiple bags of chocolate chips, nuts and other extras for cookies and cakes.
So here’s an option for anyone out there with lots of good intentions but very little time, order cookies from Tate’s Bake Shop.
Tate’s Bake Shop contacted me about trying out their cookies. Try some cookies? Why sure!
And they’re some mighty fine cookies too. They’re sneaky good.
They’re a crispy, crunchy, buttery cookie that at first bite, you’re like, “Yeah, so what? It’s a cookie. And it’s a good cookie.”
Then 7 cookies later…
Sneaky good they are. Tate’s Bake Shop also has a new cookbook out packed full with some yummy looking cookie recipes.
Speaking of trying things…you get a chance to try out these yummy cookies too. Tate’s Bake Shop is giving away a gift pack of cookies and one of their cookbooks to one winner. Cool, huh?
To be entered for a chance to win, just leave a comment answering this question…
How many cookies have you eaten in one sitting (or standing)?
Be honest now.
AND for an extra entry, become a friend of Tate’s Bake Shop on facebook, and leave another comment here saying you did so.
That makes two (2) chances to be entered to win some darn good cookies.
Giveaway begins today, Thursday, December 2, 2010, and ends Monday, December 6, 2010 at Midnight PST. Winner will be announced sometime Tuesday, December 7, 2010.
But wait! That’s not all. Winner or not, Tate’s Bake Shop is offering a 15% discount on any purchases made at tatesbakeshop.com from now until December 31, 2010. Just enter the discount code “cookie” to receive the discount. That’s some tasty shopping!
I’ve all of a sudden got a hankerin’ for a cookie…
Check ya later!
(Again, Tate’s Bake Shop so graciously sent me some of their yummy cookies to try and a handy dandy cookbook too.)
Gah… easily too many cookies in one sitting (or standing) even just the other day. Couldn’t stop eating snickerdoodles.

Liked Tate’s on facebook!
If I had to guess how many cookies I have eaten in one sitting would have to be the time I built a cookie tower. And when they all fell I ate them all! At least 15. . . . . ! I might have shared a few with my little ones.
ummmm, I’m not going to tell how many cookies I could eat in one sitting….lol……..but I’ll say it’s more than 3!
Like them on FB!!
One year I made hundreds and hundreds of cookies both for planned gifts and for “just in case” and was left with dozens after the holidays were over. Yeeeeah…those were dark times for me and my ever-tightening clothing.
At least 15 or 16 at once. Ugh. The shame!
Probably about 3 if they’re a normal size or 1 large
and i like Tates – WOO!
It depends on how long I was sitting. If it was for awhile, I could eat seventeen or so. Thanks for the chance to win!!
Umm….17? Just an estimate …LOL
I’ve eaten about 2 or three. My husband is the cookie monster in our house. He can eat the whole batch in one sitting.
I believe I once ate almost a half bag of Famous Amos cookies. However, in my defense, most of the cookies were already broken into tiny pieces, and I was very pregnant; so I don’t think it counts.
Um, I’ve eaten way more cookies than I should. (like, A LOT).
I love cookies!
I’m not gonna lie. Back in my high school days, I once finished off an entire sleeve of Thin Mints. I think there’s like 22 cookies in one of those. BUT GOD are they good!
I like Tate’s on FB!
I sat down with a bag of Mint Milanos and finished it one night. I am not sure how many are in a bag but I ate them all. So bad!! Did I mention the quart of milk?

ok…don’t judge me…at least a dozen. once you’re in a sugar coma it turns out it’s hard to keep track though… 😉
I have more then likely had at least a dozen cookies in one sitting, esp if homemade.
