See Jake.
See Jake lay. See Jake lay right below the stove.
See Jake lay right below the stove waiting for food to fall on his head.
See Jake give that pitiful-I’m-starving-cause-you-people-never-feed-me look while laying below the stove.
See Jake peek to see if he might just snag a bite from the counter even though I’m standing only a few feet away with camera in hand to document his sneakiness.
Yep, Jake, I see you.
Do you see Jake?
😉
Oh I see him and he is TOO cute!
Awwww! We used to have a yellow lab. Brought back memories. 🙂
Cute!
How could anyone resist that last face??? Surely he at least earned a treat for posing so nicely? 🙂
So cute! *sigh*
So handsome.
I want a Jake!
Can we see Jake run? 🙂
We have a rat terrier. She stands right at my feet the whole time I am cooking waiting for something to hit the floor. Jake is cute!
Jake is too cute!
Um. cuter than cute!
Aww, Jake reminds me of my uncle’s dog, Alex. He was a golden lab too, and he sure did love a treat off the stove. He was one of the most well behaved and loyal dogs I’ve ever met in my life. I’m sure Jake can be a stinker – oh and that tail! Alex’s tail caused us no end of grief – but I bet you couldn’t ask for a more loyal dog by your side.
That was such a cute cute cute post!
I love Jake. Does Jake want to move to KS?
haha – I love him!
I see Jake and I call dibs if he ever needs a vacation. He can lay at my stove.
I have a yellow lab named Elsa. She looks very similar to Jake, maybe a bit smaller. She is always in the kitchen when I am. She is always under the stove, counter or under wherever the food is hoping that the food will fall on her head, the floor or somewhere in her vicinity. When I look at her, she hangs her head, never meeting my eyes. It totally cracks me up. Her side-kick is Lucy, a black and tan mini doxie who is also in the kitchen ready to jump at anything that drops on the floor. Lucy always meets my eye with a hopeful look and a tail waggle. I have another doxie, a red male named Cobbs. He ignores us all until he hears something being chewed or dropped and then he expects his fair share!
Awww…Jake’s a cutie pie.
very cute and very funny! I’m sure, given enough time, he would have snagged something off the counter. Dogs crack me up.
Love me some Jake! He’s so sweet!
