This looks like the absolute perfect muffin. I especially love the dark caramel color it has on the outside. A definite winner.
Wow, just wow… Made these this morning for my son and I. Delish. Seriously. Like little individual pecan pies complete with the chewy goodness. How I refrained from eating the entire batch, I’ll never know. Thank God for some some form of willpower… 🙂
Oh, these do look amazing. And it’s just about pecan pie time, so I’ll def give these a try.
Just made these last night (a double batch) and OMG!! These were sooo good. I took them to work and every single one of them were EATEN!! As in, six employees and 48 mini muffins….POOF!! GONE!! If you haven’t tried these yet, you should!!
My hubby will love these!
These look so delicious, Amy! My dad is a huge pecan pie fan. He’d love these muffins!
These are truly outrageous muffins. I can feel my blood sugar spike just looking at them Yum!

I just can’t get my eyes off the muffins. Looks yumm
I was not a big pecan pie fan until a couple years ago – I think I just never had a good one until then. I love the thought of it all in a muffin, makes breakfast a little more fun! Adding to my test kitchen – thanks!
Iabsolutely love pecan pie! I’m loving the fact that its baked in a muffin pan even more!

I just found these yesterday and I made them first thing this morning to have with my coffee. Not only are they absolutely delicious but they are low sodium. Only 120 mg for the whole recipe if you use both eggs. I got 16 muffins from the recipe which translates to 7.5mg per muffin. WIN! The only addition I made was to add 1/2 t of bourbon vanilla. I just couldn’t resist. Thank you so much; this is going to become a regular item at my breakfast table.
I’m glad you enjoyed them. They are so good! There is no way I can make them regularly as they would disappear too quick, then reappear on my thighs! 😉
