Nerf Guns, Boiled Peanuts & Jake

This week my life was filled with many things but here are some highlights.
Modifying Nerf guns.
And a plethera of parts and trips for parts for multiple modifications. I’m over the Nerf gun modification phase for now.
Boiled peanuts.
And burning peanuts. Yeah, I’ll get back to you later on that.
And this creature, our dog, Jake.
He’s very demanding.
Pretty uneventful around here. I can’t complain.

Can’t be in Napa every week right? LOL! My week has been rain, fog, a good haircut, some writing, some planning and a lot of yacking with my partner in crime in Maryland!! Looking forward to some rays in Mexico next week! ~Chris Ann

Well, isn’t Jake just a cutie? I have been harping on my husband (read: NAG) for a dog for months. Hopefully he will give in soon.
Never heard of modifying Nerf guns. I should be happy then, right? I haven’t done much except hang around the house with my recovering boy. He’s feeling good enough to go to the Lowe’s Build and Grow Workshop this morning with his friend. Then library book sale (help.me). Then since it’s beautiful I’m going to get in some exercise today! Hope your weekend is marvelous.
Serious funk. That would describe my week (and my mental state). I’m in such a funk, I’m FUNKALICIOUS!
I have just awakened from a three day flu. I would have rather been boiling peanuts.
I have been researching my family tree and scanning old slides that my Mom sent me.
