I saw this recipe at The Tasty Kitchen and thought it looked delicious, even to someone who isn’t crazy about coconut. BUT, what I’d like to know is the name of the pattern of that dish. It’s just beautiful!

French Coconut Pie is one of my mom’s favorite recipes, it’s her tried and true dessert. I’m going to pass this on to her.

I made this pie last night…it is delicious. Fast, simple to make. This is my new coconut pie recipe. Thanks for sharing!
I made this last night, easy and delicious. Hubby is a chef and he gave it a blue ribbon. One slight change, I ran out of sugar. Used 1\4 cup of Splenda in it’s place.
I made this. It is easy. You can have it mixed and ready to go in the oven before the preheat oven light goes off. See pic and easy to transport.
I made this for my 94 year old father-in-law for Fathers Day today. He loves coconut pie and he loved this! Mine was not as pretty as your picture but I think it might have tasted just as good! It’s delicious!
