This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed geese wandering and waddling in this shopping center. I wonder why they’ve been left behind? And why here in a busy shopping center with so much traffic?
I have one possible explanation – at least for this pair. Please note that I’m not a goose expert or gooseologist, but I think these are female geese.
Why female?
Because they’re shopping – maybe looking for the newest spring fashion.
Black and white works for these gals. A classic choice. But I would’ve thought they might step out of their comfort zone with a pop of color, you know, spice it up a bit.
Creatures of habit I guess.
I’m with the geese – black is slimming. 😉
HAHA! Funny thing is ,I have waddled into that same store myself!
I live in the land of “corporate Goose farms,” otherwise known as sprawling office parks. And I grew up next to a golf course — Nirvana to a flock of geese, but murder on shoes.
What I find sadder than a pair left behind by the flock, is the sad honking of the single, solitary goose left all by his lonesome; the dorky bird that missed the memo.. ditched by the much cooler geese and left to wander aimlessly in his dorkitude.
*sigh*
Too funny! Great shots!
Apparently I’ve never really seen geese before. I didn’t realize how big they are!
