Here’s a quick twist on basic mayonnaise. It takes no time to mix up a batch of this Honey Lime Mayonnaise, and can be kept refrigerated used for a variety of salads, or just to add some extra flavor to a simple sandwich.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons honey
- zest of 1lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- additional salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate, covered until ready to use.
