Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends!
And Happy Fall to the rest of y’all!
These look delicious! I love the twist on the traditional fall flavors. 🙂
These look so cute and delicious! I saw them on TK as well 😀
As I was lucky enough to taste one of these, I can vouch for their yumminess!! They really are a great new way to enjoy my favorite fall taste–pumpkins rule!
These are so cute! We love pumpkin done any way in our house and I’m going to add these to my list of tasty treats… Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Roll, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Icing… you name it we like it! Happy Fall to you too Miss Amy. 🙂
oh Amy, i’m having one of those smack-yourself-on-the-forehead why-didn’t-i-think-of-that moments!! such a terrific fall treat!!
Ooh. I found a recipe last year like this. They were called whoopie pies and I make mine super small. I took them to a church fellowship and they were wiped out in about five minutes. Good stuff.
P.S. I’m sipping a Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte via Gina’s Skinny Recipes while reading this. AND I just finished a piece of toast lathered with her pumpkin butter. Yum. Happy Fall to you, too. (Even though it is 90 degrees outside.)
Hey, I just saw where I won the Good Egg Project prize pack! I won’t know how to act with a real omelette pan instead of my iron skillet. Thanks so much for the giveaway.
These look fabulous!
Just what I was looking for I’m thinking about making some of these to bring to the Relevant Conference next week and share with my roomies! Everything we’ve been eating here has been pumpkin – I just finished off the leftover pumpkin pancakes with pumpkin pecan butter on top… moving on to pumpkin pie
As my aunt and I like to say, “Look how perty!!” We also like to say “erl” for oil, but I’ll save the erl comment for another post. 😉
Anywhoo, I’ll take a dozen for now, and maybe a couple dozen for later. I’ll share, I promise! 🙂
These look amazing. Pass them on to Kam and I’ll trust that he will get some to me, please.
These look sooooooo tasty! I’ve been hungry for another pumpkin something – will have to give these a try.
Save some for me! I’m on my way and will stop at Starbucks to pick you up a pumpkin latte. I am NOT above bribery (obviously.
Oh!! Those look great. Great way to take pie with you.
Pumpkin is such a versatile ingredient. When I saw the headline I didn’t dream these little pies would look like this. Very cute and delicious.
YUM!!!…..I have these on my list to make this week…..I’ll have to compare recipes before I start!!
Amy it was so good to see you this past weekend! The only thing that would have made it better is if you had brought these with you 😉
I’m a sucker for all things pumpkin. These look delicious!
Oh Amy! These are beautiful. I’m going to surprise the family and make these for Thanksgiving.
