Ladies Night In with Dole Banana Dippers

What a fun time we had last week at the Girls Night In, sponsored by the new Dole Banana Dippers. We all chatted, laughed, and caught up on each other’s lives, while Sleepless in Seattle played in the background. Harses, harses, harses …

Of course we had to have nourishment for all that chatting. It was a simple spread: a salad bar, fruit, cheese and crackers, and, new Dole Banana Dippers. They were a hit, and were the perfect little sweet bite in between our laughing. Chocolate is always a necessary thing when Ladies are involve, right?

Dole Banana Dippers being a lighter sweet option (only 120 calories or less/serving), keeping them stocked for a quick sweet tooth fix is a good idea. If you haven’t heard about them yet, they are a new treat from Dole, bananas dipped in dark chocolate, with or/without almonds added, then frozen. Look for them in your frozen food section of grocery stores nationwide.

In addition to a simple menu, the party planning was kept casual and easy. Thankfully, our summer yard is blooming with fresh flowers for cutting. Fresh flowers, and greenery always brightens things up, and are exactly what a bunch of ladies need for a Ladies Night In. Dole sent along eye masks and coupons as party favors for the ladies. It was a fun and laughter filled night, for sure.

It was fun to catch up with everyone—so much news and big life events happening all around. It’s was a great reminder that time flies so fast, and I shouldn’t wait so long to plan the next Girl’s Night In. I encourage you to not let any more time go by, and plan your own Ladies Night In, or get-together soon. Things don’t have to be fancy. Simple is always best in my book.
