A flavorful favorite side dish that can easily be made ahead of time.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni pasta
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped red onion
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together all other ingredients. Pour over drained macaroni and mix to combine.
  3. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
