Chowder is, without a doubt, one of those foods that says “comfort food.” This Fish and Corn Chowder I recently discovered over at Tasty Kitchen is no exception. The recipe is pretty basic and can be put together fairly quickly, which makes it perfect for any weeknight where a little comfort is needed after a long day.
This fish chowder is mild, so don’t be scared if you’re not the fishy fish kind of folk. Plus, it’s packed with potatoes. And potatoes are always a good thing in my book.
