10 Easy Pies

If you’re looking for an easy dessert for your holiday celebrations, a pie is the way to go. They really are easy—as pie! ;) Even if you’re pie crust challenged, you can purchase store bought pie crust dough ready to roll out, crimp, and fill with your favorite pie filling. Plus, many pies travel easier than cakes or fancy desserts that need refrigeration. Also, most pies freeze easy which make it easy to make ahead so you can spend more time enjoying your celebration instead of working in the kitchen. And if you’re planning on freezing some ahead, go ahead and double the batch and freeze one for now and another for later.

So if you’re ready to get to pie baking, below is a collection of 10 Easy Pies that I’ve personally made and can vouch for on the easy scale. AND the taste scale too. From chocolate, to chess, to pecan, to pumpkin, and even a frozen version for those that live in warmer areas and need a bit of chilling out during the holidays, you’re bound to find one (or three) to your liking.
